Your username is either your Fluidra account number that can be found on your monthly emailed or mailed statements or in some cases it may be your email address or a custom username. If you need assistance locating your username, please contact your rewards representative at email@example.com.
Go to the Forgot Password page and enter your username associated with your account. An email will then be sent to the primary email address with a link to reset your password.
Yes you can! Log in to Fluidra Pro, then in the main menu on the left select “User Management”. Click “Add New User”, enter the employee’s information, and select what access you would like them to have. Once you submit, an email will be sent to the new user letting them know about their new account.
