Meet Our Team

Rocco Russo

Sr. Regional Trainer, North

Rocco joined the Fluidra team in early 2010, following a distinguished 17-year career in the HVAC industry in New York. He first started as a Territory Service Manager serving the Southeast. In 2014, Rocco was promoted to National Trainer, where he applies his unique blend of on-the-job experience and technical acumen to educate pool professionals. Rocco is a family man that enjoys spending time cooking for his wife and two children. He frequently attends live music events and thoroughly enjoys participating in and observing winter sports.

Kevin Poe

Sr. Regional Trainer, Central

Kevin Poe began his love of pools and water at an early age. His career in the pool industry began in 1992 in Greenville, SC. That first job followed by a Repair Department Manager position in the Lowcountry of SC. He joined Fluidra in 2011 as a Territory Service Manager based in TN. He joined Fluidra Pro Academy in January of 2020 as a Regional Trainer. Kevin has a wife, three grown daughters, four grandchildren, two dogs and one cat that occupy most of his spare time. The time that is left is dedicated to his many projects like his love of automobilia and classic cars.

Jack Zurich

Sr. Regional Manager, Southeast

Jack Zurich began his career with Jandy Pool Products in 2002. Prior to that, he was in the propane gas industry for 21 years as a Fleet Manager, Branch Manager, and General Manager. Within Fluidra, Jack has held roles as a Territory Service Manager, Regional Service Manager, National Service Manager, and Regional Training Manager. In his free time, Jack enjoys offshore fishing and working around the house. He has been married to his wife, Kathy, for 28 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.

Creighton Coleman

Regional Trainer, West

Creighton started in the pool industry in 2015 after 15+ years in retail management. He began with Zodiac Pool Systems as Pool Owner Tech Support Representative work on the pool cleaner product line. Over the last 8 years he has worked in several areas of the company to including in-house technical support, associate trainer and now western regional training. Creighton is a devoted husband of 22 years and father of two. Creighton has been a Miami Dolphin fanatic since 1980.

Alex Krajewski

Sr. National Technical Training Manager

Alex began his career in the pool industry with Jandy Pool Products in 1993. Over the last 30 years he has worked in several areas of the company to include manufacturing, in-house technical support, outside service & warranty, and training. Alex is a family man with a loving wife, and two children. Prior to joining the pool industry, he was in the US Army and has always been a diehard SF Giants fan.
